Featured placement (optional add-on)
Subscribed and verified trucks are automatically rotated into featured placement at no extra cost. Not subscribed? You can buy a single featured week for $15 as a one-time purchase.
Billing, cancellation & refunds
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, our payment processor. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars.
- You can cancel anytime from the secure Stripe billing portal in your vendor settings. Cancelling is a downgrade to the free tier — not an account closure.
- Your menu, hours, links, and analytics are hidden while unsubscribed but are retained and reappear instantly if you resubscribe.
- Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your paid features until then, after which the truck moves to the free tier. Payments are non-refundable, and featured-week purchases are one-time and non-refundable once the week begins.
