Data deletion instructions
Roach Coach lets you find food trucks and, if you are a vendor, manage your truck profile. Whether you signed in with Google or created an account with an email and password, you can request deletion of the personal data we store about you. These instructions explain how.
What data we store
Depending on how you use Roach Coach, we may store account and app data such as:
- Email address and display name
- Google sign-in identifier and the basic profile information Google shares with us (such as your name and email) if you use Google sign-in
- Favorites, reviews, cuisine preferences, and notification settings
- Approximate location you allow for nearby alerts (customers) or check-ins (vendors)
- Vendor content: truck profile, menu, hours, check-in history, and uploaded photos
- Push notification device token, if enabled

How to request deletion of your Roach Coach data
To delete your Roach Coach account and the personal data we hold, send us a deletion request:
- Email support@roachcoachapp.com.
- Send the message from the same email address tied to your Roach Coach account (or tell us which email or Google account you used if you no longer have access).
- Use the subject line: Delete my Roach Coach data.
- In the message, ask us to delete your Roach Coach account and all associated personal data.
We will email you to confirm receipt. We delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless we must keep limited information for legal or security reasons.
If you signed in with Google
You can also revoke Roach Coach's access to your Google account:
- Open Google Account → Third-party apps & services.
- Select Roach Coach and remove its access.
Revoking access in Google stops future sign-ins but does not delete data already stored in Roach Coach. For full deletion of your Roach Coach account and stored data, please also email us using the steps above.
What is deleted
When we process your deletion request, we remove or anonymize:
- Your account profile and login association (including Google sign-in data we stored)
- Favorites, reviews, and notification preferences
- Stored location used for alerts, if any
- Vendor truck data tied to your account, if applicable
- Push notification tokens
Public content such as reviews may be anonymized rather than deleted where needed to preserve the integrity of truck listings.
